WDS RSS 323 – Double Star in Centaurus
300 seconds on T13 – Siding Spring – July 22, 2017
WDS lists separation as 49.2 arc seconds, and position angle as 104 degrees.
I calculate, using Astrometrica, the position of the left star as [14 14 10.80, -64 12 06.7], and the position of the right star as [14 14 18.25, -64 12 16.0], which gives a separation of 49.5″ and a position angle of 108 degrees.
